OUT OF CHARACTERAs we are a roleplaying guild, we will only take those applicants on who are enthusiastic about RP. You don't have to be a lore know-it-all, or turn into a walking dictionary to join us however some basic knowledge is prefered. The Marauders however wont hesitate to educate you on what you need, considering you're willing to learn! We do also offer a raid team, and a PvP team that you will have the chance to join if you are accepted into the Marauders.(Q): Please note any RP experience you have (The Marauders are willing to help you if you lack experience considering you are willing to learn!)(A): I was staying in a RP clan called the Steelpaw Shaodin (a Pandaren RP guild) in US realm (Wyrmrest Accord), then when I switch to EU server for some reason, I started RP in the Orc of Red Blade for a moment. But since I am not comfort with their hard core system, I switch to as a troll in Painted Skull for a while. Finally I am settle as a Pandaren Priest (icly as doctor and scentist) and looking for a clan to stay.
(Q): Why do you want to join us?(A): I have some friends currently staying in the Marauders, like Sckrik and Lord Gorg the 3rd
(Q): What is your own definition of roleplay?(A): RP in WoW for me is just like you are an actor playing as your character, you are fully (or partly) join and share their view including their behavior, tones and personality
(Q): What do you think makes a good roleplayer?(A): As above, you put yourself inside your character like an actor, you will have a good RP, because you are your character
(Q): Do you wish to raid with us? If so what experience do you have.(A): Sure, Although I do not have much experience.
(Q): Are you interested in PvP such as rated battlegrounds and arena groups? If so, what experience do you have with these(A): Sorry, but PVP is not really my type, but I might try sometime... (maybe)

IN CHARACTER (Meaning it's a dialog)
Greetings potential Marauder. It is required of you to answer a series of questions in moderate detail so we can assess your suitability to us. We are a warband built on bloodthirst, strategy, honour, strength and respect. If you lack these, you are not the candidate for us. However, if you think you have what it takes, carry on!(Q): Please state your name and the race that you hail from.(A): Bao Woodpaw, Pandaren
(Q): Why do you wish to join the warband?(A): Bao is a scholar and expert in the field of medical, engineer and magic (as energy instead of battle)
He met the Painted Skulls on Echo Isles and followed them into the Draenor recently.
He is all new to this snowy, dangerous land, he is so eager to find his kind and more ally.
Then he heard the name of Marauders from his friend, Sckirk. After a couple days of struggling, he finally decides to move on and witness how the Marauders works.
(Q): While with us, you will be required to fight. Are you willing to fight to the best of your ability for the sake of the Horde and the warband?(A): In Bao's idea, he believe the faction is not the basic problem on the land. He believes that the basic problem is the bias between races and he decide to heal this 'wound'.
After he witness what Garrosh Hellscream did and the departure and crumble within the horde. He thinks the horde will need him more than alliance.
Therefore he decided to join the horde to comfort the pain and wound between races and within the horde itself
By all mean, Bao is a scholar instead of fighter, in the battle, he probably staying as a doctor or supportive role.
(Q): Please tell us a bit about yourself, this can be personal history, hobbies, or anything.(A): Bao comes from the Woodpaw family which is well-known as the best medical family at Pandaria.
Bao has brilliant and clever head, he mastered the medical knowledge in his childhood and he also learnt the knowledge of science and engineering from goblins after the mist disappeared.
Bao can feel the flow of arcane energy as some of the Pandaren mage, however he is not good at combat or casting a spell. He would like to apply the arcane power as a recycle energy for machines.
In addition, he is studying the regenerate power of trolls and hope it can adapt on medical science.
(Q): We are considered an elite fighting force amongst the Horde. What have you trained and specialized in? What makes you unique in combat?(A): As mentioned before, Bao is not good at combat or fighting. But he is good at medication and healing.
He recently develop a mini-droid system which can help him heal his ally on the battlefield quickly.
(Although it is a prototype and might not be working well all the time)
(Q): We as a warband are not fond on cowardice, disobedience, or lack of strength. How will you plan to prove to us you lack these traits during your initiation period?(A): Although Bao does not perform well at the front-line, but he prepare to prove his wisdom and knowledge are worthy for the group.
The Alliance have launched an assault on the Horde of vast proportions. Your home city is under siege, you are defending the walls against your race's foes.
Caught on patrol whilst trying to reach you, your friends in the Marauders are taken prisoner by the Alliance, and in time will be executed. Your people will never allow you to leave; you can only abandon your post in secret. Leaving your post leaves a blind spot in your city’s defenses, one the Alliance are sure to notice and use to break through the walls.
If you rescue your friends, there is no chance you will be able to re-enter your city.
There is no chance the other races of the Horde can send military forces to your home city as they are fighting on their own fronts.
Time is growing short...(Q): Do you abandon your post and leave your city to die or do you break out under cover of darkness to rescue your friends?(A): Bao is a rational Pandaren, although he might need to abandon his friend, but he know has a bigger responsibility and more there are more lives depend on his post and power. Therefore Bao would choice to stay in the post.
