(A): I have role played with other characters before, but only very briefly. I've done similar things on other games, however.
(Q): Why do you want to join us?
(A): Had an IC conversation with Himo and I thought the whole idea sounded super fun and interesting.
(Q): What is your own definition of roleplay?
(A): Playing as a character in-game rather than yourself, seeing things from that character's point of view rather than your own and acting how they would, not how you would.
(Q): What do you think makes a good roleplayer?
(A): Somebody who is willing to learn and communicate properly with other people. A person who will happily and calmly interact with others in the game and not start OOC drama with anyone or unnecessary IC drama, for that matter
(Q): Do you wish to raid with us? If so what experience do you have.
(A): Not for now, possibly in the future(?)
(Q): Are you interested in PvP such as rated battlegrounds and arena groups? If so, what experience do you have with these
(A): Nope
(Q): How did you hear about the Shatterskull Marauders? (Forum, friends, ingame etc)
(A): Through Himo in-game
IN CHARACTER (Meaning it's a dialog)
Greetings potential Marauder. It is required of you to answer a series of questions in moderate detail so we can assess your suitability to us. We are a warband built on bloodthirst, strategy, honour, strength and respect. If you lack these, you are not the candidate for us. However, if you think you have what it takes, carry on!
(Q): Please state your name and the race that you hail from.
(A): Cyndise K Riverwind of the Sin'dorei.
(Q): Why do you wish to join the warband?
(A): You seem like an honourable group of people, and your history was very interesting to read about. I feel I could have a place in the warband and serve to Shatterskull Marauders.
(Q): While with us, you will be required to fight. Are you willing to fight to the best of your ability for the sake of the Horde and the warband?
(A): Of course. I am familiar with quite a few healing and damage spells. I'm very willing to take orders from anybody above me and I know my place. I'd risk my life for the Horde and the warband if need be.
(Q): Please tell us a bit about yourself, this can be personal history, hobbies, or anything.
(A): I'm definitely very loyal and true to my word. If I am sworn to someone or something, I'll stand by it constantly. I'm a tailor by trade, so if need be I can make cloth armor. I'm also working on my leatherworking skills. I'm a useful chef, I can make a meal with very limited ingredients. Like I said earlier, I can heal and do damage, but healing is what I'm particularly good at. Also, if given the honour, I can be a good leader. I'm good at keeping situations under control. Given a scenario, I can also work out quite easily why somebody is doing something or why certain things are happening.
(Q): We are considered an elite fighting force amongst the Horde. What have you trained and specialized in? What makes you unique in combat?
(A): I have trained and specialised in healing and spell casting. I'm very quick on my feet and have been told I have a particularly accurate aim.
(Q): We as a warband are not fond on cowardice, disobedience, or lack of strength. How will you plan to prove to us you lack these traits during your initiation period?
(A): I'll be completely willing to fight for the Marauders and obey orders from anybody. I will definitely train hard and work on my spell casting skills.
The Alliance have launched an assault on the Horde of vast proportions. Your home city is under siege, you are defending the walls against your race's foes.
Caught on patrol whilst trying to reach you, your friends in the Marauders are taken prisoner by the Alliance, and in time will be executed. Your people will never allow you to leave; you can only abandon your post in secret. Leaving your post leaves a blind spot in your city’s defenses, one the Alliance are sure to notice and use to break through the walls.
If you rescue your friends, there is no chance you will be able to re-enter your city.
There is no chance the other races of the Horde can send military forces to your home city as they are fighting on their own fronts.

(Q): Do you abandon your post and leave your city to die or do you break out under cover of darkness to rescue your friends?
(A): I would go to rescue my friends. I believe in standing by the Marauders through anything once I am sworn to them.
