(A): I do not need help, I have over 10 years of experience with RP from all different types of games, but I am willing to help the people who do lack experience.
(Q): Why do you want to join us?
(A): I am looking for a guild with a good set of rules, structure and story. Active members and active events each week. I think you could offer this, also I want to be a part of a friendly and sociable community.
(Q): What is your own definition of roleplay?
(A): My definition of role-play is that you can forget who you are in real life, you can create a character of your choice and make them just how you like it, role-play isn't just a type of gaming play, it's a place where you can be a part of something no matter how big or small. You can enjoy and play your character anyway you like. Roleplay is a place where you can let go and live your fantasy.
(Q): What do you think makes a good roleplayer?
(A): A good role-player is someone who can create the most picturesque scene in his imagination and in ours. A player who not only understands the lore and roleplaying strategy but also understands other peoples perspectives form another players point of view.
(Q): Do you wish to raid with us? If so what experience do you have.
(A): I have a level 90 Death Knight called Xarthus. I've raided on him for ages, I've been all over different servers raiding. You can check my achievements in-game.
(Q): Are you interested in PvP such as rated battlegrounds and arena groups? If so, what experience do you have with these
(A): Basically the same answer as the raiding one. I've pvped loads on my other characters. Got to 1,900 RBG achievement, along with the Vicious Steed (Alliance).
(Q): How did you hear about the Shatterskull Marauders? (Forum, friends, ingame etc)
(A): I've seen a few of you around now and again and I read your note in guild-finder and it intrigued me.
IN CHARACTER (Meaning it's a dialog)
Greetings potential Marauder. It is required of you to answer a series of questions in moderate detail so we can assess your suitability to us. We are a warband built on bloodthirst, strategy, honour, strength and respect. If you lack these, you are not the candidate for us. However, if you think you have what it takes, carry on!
(Q): Please state your name and the race that you hail from.
(A): Ralthiek and I've forgotten my race, it's been too long since I've been out of this from. (*I'm a shapeshifter, mainly cat form, I'm Tauren aswell*)
(Q): Why do you wish to join the warband?
(A): I feel you could use me very well. As a wild cat, I can scout, blend in with the surroundings and fight very viciously.
(Q): While with us, you will be required to fight. Are you willing to fight to the best of your ability for the sake of the Horde and the warband?
(A): I will fight until my heart stops beating.
(Q): Please tell us a bit about yourself, this can be personal history, hobbies, or anything.
(A): It has been so long ago since I was in my original form, I forget my past history. But as a Cat in the wild. I have my own family, I am a pride leader of the Savanah Plains.
(Q): We are considered an elite fighting force amongst the Horde. What have you trained and specialized in? What makes you unique in combat?
(A): I am a shapeshifter which makes me unique, I mainly always stay in my form of Cat but I have several others. I can turn into a Bird, Bear, Orca and Cheetah. This allows me to pick my fights and change into whatever form I feel is appropriate for the fight.
(Q): We as a warband are not fond on cowardice, disobedience, or lack of strength. How will you plan to prove to us you lack these traits during your initiation period?
(A): I do not need to prove these things to you, In-fact you need to prove to me that I am not any of these, because only a fool who possessed any of these traits would join this mighty war band and I am no fool.
The Alliance have launched an assault on the Horde of vast proportions. Your home city is under siege, you are defending the walls against your race's foes.
Caught on patrol whilst trying to reach you, your friends in the Marauders are taken prisoner by the Alliance, and in time will be executed. Your people will never allow you to leave; you can only abandon your post in secret. Leaving your post leaves a blind spot in your city’s defenses, one the Alliance are sure to notice and use to break through the walls.
If you rescue your friends, there is no chance you will be able to re-enter your city.
There is no chance the other races of the Horde can send military forces to your home city as they are fighting on their own fronts.
Time is growing short...
(Q): Do you abandon your post and leave your city to die or do you break out under cover of darkness to rescue your friends?
(A): I have no city, I am a freelancer in my pride lands. So I would only be aiding the city. But as for the Warband, the Maurauders are my brothers and sisters, in my time as a Cat I've been taught to never leave family or friends no matter what the situation. Leave no person behind.
