I've plenty of RPing experience, been on Defias for years. Mostly I've been on the Alliance with a vast 'Roleplaying CV', such as the golden 'old' guilds; Disciples of Light, The Dark Sphere, The Hand of Nightmares, The Three Hammers (DRS), Kingdom of Arathor/Stromgarde, Natures Grasp and so on. Horde Side I have been in, in the past, Orcs of the Red Blade, Second Gurubashi Empire, Mad Grin Legion and so on. I have for a long time been both an Official and Unofficial Officer of Kingdom of Stromgarde on my two main Arathorians; Nygarth and Orthur Thorgint. These days however I mostly just RP two characters, Orthur and Ulbert in Kingdom of Stromgarde and Omen of Discord respectively. Hopefully Oargoth will be revived into my top three.
2) Why do you want to join us?
The obvious choice when rolling an Orc is OotRB, yet I've been there a few times before and never truely felt at home. Quite frankly, I'm hoping to find a true Horde Home that I can enjoy the other side of the fence with.
3) What is your own definition of roleplay?
Roleplaying is loosing yourself in a second life, immersing yourself in a Character that you most likely wish yourself to be more like; be that a strong Warrior that you wish you was or a means of imagining Magic to be real. It's telling a story with every action that you make and the -only- aspect of the Game that will always remain as good as it always was aslong as the Community is there to see it blossom.
4) What do you think makes a good roleplayer?
Someone who can simultaneously have himself wholly within the Character's mindset yet at the same time, keep himself out of the emotion of the situation so that His reaction is truely the Character's reaction, not his own. Someone who can keep any In Character interaction purely In Character, and above all else, someone who can create truely dimensional characters that refuse to fall into the pit of clichés and mary sue.
5) Do you wish to raid with us? If so what experience do you have
I have extremely little PvE experience, if I do Raid in MoP, it would be a relatively entirely new aspect of the game for me to explore.
6) Are you interested in PvP such as rated battlegrounds and arena groups? If so, what experience do you have with these
I have done some casual arena a while back, some casual rated battlegrounds too. I enjoy the PvP aspect of WoW but would never consider myself elite, or extreme, in regards to PvP. As you can see I mostly do only play WoW for the RP.

Greetings potential Marauder. It is required of you to answer a series of questions in moderate detail so we can assess your suitability to us. We are a warband built on bloodthirst, strategy, honour, strength and respect. If you lack these, you are not the candidate for us. However, if you think you have what it takes, carry on!
General Questions
1) Please state your name and the race that you hail from.
M'Name is Oargoth, I am a Orc o' many titles, a Farseer. Understood?
2) While with us, you will be required to fight. Are you willing to fight to the best of your ability for the sake of the Horde and the warband?
It is m'only wish t'fight an' die fer Hellscream's Horde, as long as m'Blood runs through m'veins, I will fight. Do nut misunderstand m'age fer weakness.
3) Please tell us a bit about yourself, this can be personal history, hobbies, or anything.
I originally hail from t'Shadowmoon Clan upon Draenor's darkest shores. A Shaman nigh from Birth, I fell wholly into t'Bloodlust that gripped my Race. As a Shaman I took t'rage o' Fire an' raged inferno o'er t'Draenei, an' in t'First War tha' came soon after, I embraced Water's innate power t'drown entire Camps of weak willed Pink Skins! T'Earth trembled under -my- feet an' durin' t'height of t'Second War, despite it's outcome, Wind's howled so loud I broke t'wings of Gryphon's with it's wrath.
Nevert'less, I fell into t'same lethargy my kin did. Thrall, our 'Saviour', led us t'Durotar as all know. There I settled int' common work, construction an' farmin', I even wrote Poetry durin' my depression...Yet those times are over, Thrall betrayed us fer a 'greater cause' an' Hellscream needs m'grasp over t'Elements once more.
4) We are considered an elite fighting force amongst the Horde. What have you trained and specialized in? What makes you unique in combat?
I am a Shaman. They say tha' a Shaman is only as strong as t'Elements who hail His requests. I refuse t'ave such a weakness, there is no room fer weakness in Hellscream's Horde. If ye kno' what I mean...
5) We as a warband are not fond on cowardice, disobedience, or lack of strength. How will you plan to prove to us you lack these traits during your initiation period?
War is on t'uprise, Shatterskulls! Hellscream leads us an' Victory will come as long as we fight! How better t'prove m'self that I am none of those traits than by marchin' into t'Mists alongside ye all an' fighting fer our Horde!? Ey!?
6) What makes you think you are appropriate material for the warband?
I have no reason not t'be, I am strong, honourable an' wise. My years upon both Draenor an' Azeroth are not t'be quaffed at. Consider me a great asset t'yer Warband.
7) Why do you wish to join the warband?
I spent time in Northrend with t'Red Blade Tribe. I enjoyed t'companionship of this Tribe but equally, didn't fit in. My tongue was too new t'speak out yet it did, an' m' actions too rash an' forthright t'be appreciated. I hope tha' t'Shatterskulls do not mind someone who whilst around t'Campfire atleast, speaks passionately an' works tirelessly, until t'times fer Direct Orders arises o'course.
8 ) We look for experience, but training is given to those with an eager mind to learn our ways. State any previous war and combat experience you have had, including rank and role.
Shaman of the Shadowmoon Clan durin' countless Wars on Draenor.
Farseer of t'Horde upon Azeroth's penetrated Lands, includin' t'razing of Stormwind in t'First War, equally t'same during t'Second.
Since then I've had but no roles in War, m'Fire was quelled an' passion stomped out yet Warchief Hellscream reignited this an' I look forward t'my old War expertise comin' back into hand upon this new Isle.
Moral Question
9) The Alliance have launched an assault on the Horde of vast proportions.
Caught on patrol, your friends and allies were taken prisoner by the Alliance, and in time are likely to be executed. You avoided capture.
Meanwhile, your races capital city is slowly being lain siege to, and are desperately calling for any and all aid.
Only you know what direction your friends and allies were taken.
There is no chance the other races of the Horde can send military forces to your home city, as they are fighting on their own fronts.
Time is growing short.
Do you help your friends and allies, or do you ride in aid of your capital city?
I aid t'Mother Hut Orgimmar. Above all I fight fer t'Horde so that we can be safe on this Planet, top o' t'food chain! My friends would understand an' forgive, should I save their Mates an' Pups from siege. T'Future of Orc Kind is my ultimate priority, especially as an Elder, casualties in War cannot be helped.
And Finally
10) Last but not least, are you prepared to show respect and obedience towards your superiors by following orders and addressing them in the correct manner? We as a warband work around a hierarchy of ranks, whilst every Marauder is entitled to their opinion, this hierarchy MUST be respected or the consequences are faced.
Respect is earned in more than just badged rank, mind ye. Alas I, like any Orc, will follow any leadership I'm presented with an' I pray t't'Spirits tha' those Generals an' Leaders earn t'same respect I will innately show.
